The Department of Administrative and Information Law of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education began its operation within the structure of the National University "果冻APP" in accordance with Order No. 22-10 of February 14, 2011 "On the Creation of the Institute of Law and Psychology".
During 2011-2021, the Department was headed by Doctor of Law, Professor Nadiya BORTNYK聽鈥 author of over 200 scientific and scientific-methodical聽publications, including 17 textbooks; co-author of the Scientific and Practical Commentary on the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses; member of the Specialized Academic Council D 41.051.12 at Odessa聽I.I. Mechnikov聽National University. She is also a member of the editorial board of the professional journal of Ukraine, category "B," "Migration & Law."
From 2021 to 2022, Nataliia LESKO, Doctor of Law and Professor, served as Acting Head of the Department聽鈥 author of more than 120 scientific works, monographs, manuals and textbooks. The scientific school of Professor N. V. Lesko is focused on researching modern challenges of digitalization of justice and protection of human rights in the conditions of digital transformation of the state, including the application of blockchain technologies in the field of public administration and the development of electronic justice. Natalia Lesko made significant efforts to develop the educational process in accordance with modern European standards of legal education.
Since聽2022 to the present, the聽Department has been headed by Doctor of Law, Professor Maria BLIKHAR聽鈥 author of more than 300 scientific and scientific-methodical works. She is a member of the specialized academic council D 35.052.23 of the National University 鈥湽矨PP鈥,聽member of the 鈥淎ssociation of Financial Law of Ukraine鈥, 鈥淎ssociation of International Educational and Scientific Cooperation鈥, 鈥淐entre聽for Ukrainian-European Scientific Cooperation鈥;聽member of the editorial boards of professional journals of Ukraine of category 鈥淏鈥 in the specialty 鈥淟egal Sciences鈥;聽鈥淏ulletin of the National University 鈥湽矨PP鈥. Series: 鈥淟egal Sciences鈥濃, 鈥淪ocio-economic Relations in the Digital Society鈥, 鈥淟aw and Public Administration鈥; member of the editorial board of the periodical indexed in the scientometric database Scopus 鈥淐lio. Revista de Historia, Ciencias Humanas y Pensamiento Critico鈥 (Spain). She is an official reviewer of scientific articles in periodicals indexed in the scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science: "Scientific Bulletin of the National University of Medicine", "Reproductive Endocrinology", "Financial and credit activity: problems of theory and practice". Under her scientific leadership, the department's staff聽is conducting a聽comprehensive聽study聽within the framework of the topic "Administrative and legal doctrine of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the context of the European integration of Ukraine" (state registration number 0121U110638).
The department brings together highly qualified teaching staff, including leading legal scholars with many years of experience in education, research, and practice.

The department's staff is distinguished by high image indicators聽in educational, scientific, pedagogical and methodological activities, consistently introducing聽modern competency guidelines and innovative approaches to the educational process聽and聽is actively involved in international scientific communication, implementation of projects and grant programs, and also provides training聽by聽qualified specialists capable of professional self-realization in the field of legal activity.
The department's scientific and educational activities are carried out in close cooperation with foreign partners in the field of education and science, in particular with institutions of Poland, Austria, Italy, Slovakia and other countries. International cooperation is implemented through the organization and participation in jointly organized聽round tables, international scientific and practical conferences and seminars, in academic mobility programs, exchange of professional experience, as well as in the preparation of joint scientific publications.
