Development of the Department as a powerful scientific and pedagogical structure that is capable to perform tasks in compliance with the modern requirements is fueled by its active cooperation with Ukrainian and foreign higher education establishments in exchange of research experience, as well as with the bodies of local administration.  

The Department’s partners are:

• Faculty of Law and Social Studies of Bielsko-Biała School of Finances and Law;
• Department of Administrative and Legal Studies of the Institute of Law of Lviv State University of Internal Affairs;
• Department of the Theory of State and Law of Lviv University of Trade and Economics;
• State Migration Service of Ukraine in Lviv region;
• Western Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice;
• “Main Business Partner” Lawyer firm;
• “International Foundation of Researchers and Educators” Public organization.

International agreements of the Department on scientific cooperation: 

• Framework agreement on cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Social Studies of Bielsko-Biała School of Finances and Law (Bielsko Biała, Poland) since 2021. 
• Memorandum on cooperation with the Public organization called “International Foundation of Researchers and Educators” since 2021.
