The Department’s education process

The Department of Administrative and Information Law provides educational opportunities for applicants to higher education at the first (bachelor's), second (master's), and third (educational and scientific) levels, taking into account the modern requirements of legal education, legal practice, and the challenges of the information society.

The department is a graduation department for students of the second (master's) level of higher education. Specialists are trained in two specializations: "Administrative Litigation" and "IT Law".

The academic disciplines assigned to the department cover a wide range of theoretical and applied aspects of public administration, administrative justice, financial and legal relations, information and digital law, and public administration. The content of academic disciplines is constantly updated taking into account the latest scientific achievements, changes in legislation and the challenges of the digital transformation of society.

Special attention is paid to law enforcement practice, in particular through higher education students' internships in state bodies, local government bodies, judicial institutions, as well as in bar associations and notary offices. Such practice contributes to the formation of practical skills, understanding the specifics of professional activity and increasing the competitiveness of graduates in the labour market.

The implementation of the educational process is carried out using traditional and interactive technologies aimed at student-centred learning, as well as research-based learning in order to develop the intellectual independence of higher education students and acquire soft skills. In the process of obtaining education, students of all levels of higher education are provided with conditions for the formation of an individual learning trajectory through the free choice of academic disciplines.
