A working meeting between the leadership of APP and the Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Lviv Region, Mykola Nykytiuk, took place at the University.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for strengthening cooperation between APP and the regional tax authorities. Particular attention was given to organizing student internships and facilitating future employment opportunities within the State Tax Service in Lviv Region.
An important aspect of the discussion was the promotion of tax culture among young people. Mykola Nykytiuk emphasized that the timely payment of taxes is fundamental to the functioning of the state and the development of local communities. The participants underlined the importance of raising students’ awareness of the tax system and the role of taxation in ensuring the country’s economic stability.
A separate focus of the meeting was the digital transformation of the tax service. Representatives of the State Tax Service presented modern electronic services, including the Electronic Taxpayer’s Cabinet, which enables efficient interaction between citizens, businesses, and tax authorities. The platform allows users to submit reports, pay taxes, obtain certificates, and access a wide range of online services.
