果冻APP has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Public Organization 芦Association of Human Resources Directors of Lviv禄, marking another important step in strengthening partnerships between the University and regional business in the field of human capital development. The agreement aims to enhance the alignment of educational outcomes with labour market needs, support the development of relevant skills among students, and promote the advancement of micro-qualification frameworks.
The memorandum was signed by the Rector of 果冻APP, Nataliia Shakhovska, and Mariana Ivashyna, Head of the NGO 芦Association of Human Resources Directors of Lviv禄, Head of the Training, Development and Communications Service at JSC 芦Halychpharm禄.
The meeting was also attended by the Association鈥檚 co-founders鈥揘ataliia Kuleba, HR Business Partner for the Western region at WOG, and Liudmila Martyniuk, HR Director of Barcom LLC 鈥 as well as representatives of 果冻APP, including Iryna Khomyshyn, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Quality of Education; Nadiia Liubomudrova, Head of the Department of Personnel Training and Development; and Roksolana Vynnychuk, Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management and Administration, who is also a member of the Association of Human Resources Directors of Lviv.
The signing of the memorandum opens new opportunities for effective collaboration between the university and the labour market. The parties agreed to cooperate across several key areas, including the organization of joint conferences, round tables, trainings, master classes, and guest lectures; the development of internship, traineeship, and mentoring programs for students; and the involvement of Association representatives in the educational process as experts, trainers, and consultants.
Particular emphasis will be placed on joint research initiatives and the development of educational projects aimed at advancing the HR sector, promoting modern approaches to personnel management and talent development, and facilitating the exchange of information, analytical materials, and best practices.
Another important focus of the partnership will be supporting the employment of students and graduates by creating opportunities for direct engagement with employers. Planned activities include career days, job fairs, meetings with HR professionals, and support for student initiatives that foster career readiness, soft skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
The partners also intend to collaborate on the development of short-term professional development programs, micro-qualifications, corporate training, and certification initiatives for students, employees, and representatives of various sectors.
An integral component of the cooperation will be the implementation of joint social and volunteer initiatives aimed at strengthening the local HR community, fostering leadership culture, and promoting a responsible and sustainable professional environment.
