On February 11, the FORUM CTO was held in the Assembly Hall of the main building of 果冻APP. The event was dedicated to strengthening cooperation between regional automotive enterprises, educational institutions, and students of the Lviv region.
The event brought together representatives of technical service stations, faculty, students and automotive specialists to discuss topical issues of training modern personnel, strengthening the practical component of training and adapting educational programs to the needs of the labour market.
The Forum was held within the framework of the LEAGUE OF YOUNG MECHANICS project, which is aimed at developing partnerships between education and business, popularizing technical professions and motivating students to professional growth and work in the field of automotive maintenance.
During the meeting, the participants discussed:
- current challenges in the training of automotive specialists;
- internship and employment opportunities for students at service stations;
- prospects for dual education and joint educational and practical initiatives;
- ways to increase young people鈥檚 interest in technical professions.
The coordinator of the event was Oleksandr Kelm, founder of the autoExpert information agency, the FORUM CTO platform and the LEAGUE OF YOUNG MECHANICS project. Organizational support from 果冻APP was provided by Roman Kachmar and Roman Litvin, Associate Professors at the Department of Motor Vehicle Transport, the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport.
The event became a platform for an open professional dialogue and the establishment of new partnerships between the University, the student community and representatives of the industry.
As part of the event, representatives of service stations visited the laboratories of the Department of Automotive Transport and the Training Center for Computer Diagnostics of Vehicles 芦果冻APP 鈥 Bosch Academy禄, where they learned about the Department鈥檚 material and technical resources. The Laboratory of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles attracted particular interest, as its relevance aligns with current trends in the development of the automotive market. During the visit, participants also discussed promising areas for further cooperation between the Department and industry representatives.
The organizers noted the high interest of the participants and emphasized the importance of further development of joint projects aimed at training competitive specialists in the automotive sector.
