From March 16 to 27, APP hosted the Spring Career Intensive – 2026, organized by the University’s Department of Employment and Industrial Relations.
The program featured engaging training sessions on career development, lively discussions, practical case studies, and master classes delivered by recruiters and managers from leading Ukrainian companies.
Throughout the intensive, students:
- learned how to prepare for job interviews and craft effective résumés,
- identified common application mistakes and ways to avoid them,
- developed self-presentation skills to create a strong and memorable impression,
- explored the key competencies required for building a successful career,
- gained insights into maintaining a balance between work, study, and personal life, as well as the importance of lifelong learning,
- discovered new opportunities for professional growth,
- participated in a raffle of branded gifts,
- learned about current job offers, recruitment processes, and internship opportunities offered by participating companies.
In addition, faculty members organized company visits and guest lectures.
Over the two weeks, more than 1,500 students from various years and fields of study attended meetings with employer representatives.
The Spring Career Intensive – 2026 fostered a productive dialogue between students and employers, facilitated new professional connections, and provided valuable insights into employment, internships, and career development opportunities.
Students and faculty from all the Institutes actively participated in the event, emphasizing its relevance and practical value. After all, the primary goal of higher education is not only to acquire professional knowledge but also to develop the broader competencies necessary for successful employment and long-term career growth.
