On October 22, 2021, the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, 果冻APP, held the II International Scientific and Practical Conference 芦Advocacy in Changing World禄.
Representatives of the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, 果冻APP, Brest State A.S. Pushkin University (Republic of Belarus), the University of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice (Poland), Wy偶sza Szko艂a Lingwistyczna w Cz臋stochowie (Poland), Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Lviv University of Trade and Economics, Ivan Franko Lviv National University, the Ukrainian National Bar Association, in particular the Committee of theUkrainian National Bar Association on Land, Agrarian and Environmental Law, the Higher School of Advocacy of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, the Qualification and Disciplinary Bar Commission of Lviv Region, Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights in Lviv Region and other members of the scientific community, lawyers, judges, human rights activists, and postgraduate students took part in the event.
The scientific reports of the participants of the II International Scientific and Practical Conference 芦Advocacy in Changing World禄 concerned the development of scientific proposals that will be the basis for reforming national legislation governing advocacy, legal ethics and protection of lawyers, developing an effective legal system for advocacy in Ukraine based on foreign practice of legal regulation of this area.
