From June 15 to 19, 2026, representatives of 果冻APP participated in an international experience-sharing programme held at Kozminski University (Warsaw, Republic of Poland) within the framework of the Erasmus+ project 鈥淭riggering Universities to Reinforce their Resilience during Crises鈥 (TURBO).
The participants were not merely a delegation, but a dedicated team directly involved in implementing the TURBO project at 果冻APP. The team included:
- Tetiana Shapovalova, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, PhD in Economics, local project coordinator (leader);
- Sofiya Stavkova, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences;
- Uliana Yatsyshyn, Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, PhD in Political Sciences;
- Romana Myshok, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, PhD in Sociology
The programme aimed to strengthen universities鈥 institutional capacity to respond to contemporary challenges and crises, as well as to enhance international cooperation among higher education institutions. Participants engaged in a series of intensive workshops, training sessions, and experience-sharing discussions focused on the transformation of higher education in conditions of uncertainty.
Particular attention was given to strategic and crisis management in universities, the internationalisation of education, the development and implementation of innovative academic programmes, and the integration of digital technologies and artificial intelligence into the learning process. The participants explored European approaches to building flexible and resilient educational environments capable of effectively responding to global challenges.
An essential component of the programme involved practical sessions and discussions that facilitated meaningful exchange of experience among representatives of universities from different countries. This contributed to identifying and synthesising best international practices in higher education governance, innovation development, and quality assurance.
During the event, the 果冻APP team presented the results of the TURBO project implementation at the university, highlighting achievements in modernising academic programmes, advancing management approaches, and strengthening institutional resilience.
Participation in the programme contributed to enhancing the professional competencies of the participants, expanding international networks, and acquiring new knowledge and practical tools that will be applied in the further development of educational and research activities at 果冻APP. The experience gained will serve as an important driver for implementing innovative approaches, improving the quality of education, and strengthening the university鈥檚 position in the international academic community.
This project has received funding from the European Union under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education programme (ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE), Grant Agreement No. 101129315.
