On May 18, 2023, 果冻APP and Lviv Regional Small Academy of Sciences organized an intellectual competition in economics 芦Business Races禄 for 8鈥10 grade students. The event brought together more than 50 participants from different parts of Lviv region.
芦The Department of Human Resource Management and Administration, IEM, together with the Lviv Regional Small Academy of Sciences held the regional intellectual competition in economics 芦Business Races禄. The purpose of the event is to unite active schoolchildren around exciting games, quests, quizzes and help them choose their future major. The competition had several stages. In particular, at various locations of our University, children performed interactive tasks, solved problems, showed creativity and intelligence. There was also a speed challenge. After completing all the tasks, each team had to reach the final location 鈥 room 210 in the 4th academic building. The final stage of the competition is a brain-ring and an economics quiz. Based on the results of these three stages, we evaluated the performance of the teams and selected the most successful players禄, said Halyna Boikivska, Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resource Management and Administration.
10 teams took part in the competition. At the beginning, the organizers of the event gave the participants tasks that had to be completed only after the whole team reaches the specified location.
芦The Small Academy of Sciences is an extracurricular educational institution where schoolchildren thoroughly study subjects of interest and take their first steps in science. Our students take an active part in various competitions and contests, such as today鈥檚 intellectual competition in economics 芦Business Races禄. We are sincerely glad that schoolchildren from all over Lviv region joined this event. For several hours, our young participants were having good time. Someone was lucky enough to find new friends禄, added Nataliia Znetyniak, Deputy Director of the Lviv Regional Small Academy of Sciences.
So, the first place in the team competition was shared between the teams 芦Six禄, 芦Oscar禄 and 芦Business Magnates禄. The schoolchildren Vadym Shurko, Danylo Voloshynov, and Yeseniia Sobechko won prizes in the individual quizes.
The organizers of the event were Roksolana Vynnychuk, Halyna Boikivska and Svitlana Honchar 鈥 Assistant Professors at the Department of Human Resource Management and Administration, the Institute of Economics and Management, 果冻APP.
