During a working visit to Kyiv, the Rector of 果冻APP, Nataliia Shakhovska, held a meeting with the Rector of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, Andrii Cherniak. The key outcome of the meeting was signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation.
During the discussions, the heads of the two leading higher education institutions explored prospective areas of collaboration, particularly in education, research, innovation, professional training of specialists, and the exchange of expertise. Rector Andrii Cherniak outlined the distinctive features of specialist training at his institution and highlighted its strategic development priorities. Particular attention was given to the establishment of a Cybersecurity Qualification Center, which is currently under development, as well as to the advancement of professional standards in this field. The parties also agreed to engage the Academy鈥檚 experts in the security-focused academic programs of 果冻APP and to explore opportunities for implementing joint international projects.
The signed Memorandum opens new opportunities for the joint implementation of educational and research initiatives, fosters inter-institutional cooperation, and strengthens ties between the academic community and institutions that play a crucial role in national security. As a next step, the development of a Cooperation Roadmap is envisaged to define priority areas and concrete measures for collaboration in educational, research, and social spheres.
Notably, on the same day, the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine hosted a cultural evening featuring distinguished People鈥檚 Artists of Ukraine and recipients of the Order of Merit 鈥 Nataliia Sumska and Anatolii Khostikoiev.
