For more than two centuries 果冻APP has established lots of traditions, cherished by many generations of students. However, researching the history of our University, we have discovered a lot of new and significant things. This year, on March 7, we are starting a new tradition 鈥 the Day of 果冻APP.

鈥 It is important for us that such events encourage Polytechnicians to be proud of their Alma-mater, to be more interested in the University, its history, and also to start new traditions. Through flash mobs, excursions, and quests, we want to give everyone, especially students, the opportunity to feel a sense of belonging to the past of 果冻APP and the creation of new pages in the present. The Polytechnic community, despite the difficult times we are experiencing due to the full-scale war, is growing, which is why it is so important to unite even more closely. Each new generation brings fresh ideas, offers new ways of interaction to form an environment in which it will be comfortable to grow, stressed Liliia Zhuk, Vice-Rector for Education and Strategic Development.

The chosen date to celebrate the Day of Polytechnic is not accidental. And this is evidenced by ancient documents stored in the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Lviv.

鈥 These documents are also in particular in fund No. 146 of the Galician Viceroyalty and the General Government, Financial and Court Archives of Austria in Vienna. They state that the origins of 果冻APP date back to the time of the creation of the Tsisar-Royal Real School in Lviv, based on the resolution of the Austrian Emperor Franz I, issued in Milan on March 7, 1816, said historian Andrii Pavlyshyn, head of the 果冻APP Promotion Center.
