Mariana Senkiv, Assistant at the Department of Tourism, Viacheslav Chornovil Institute of Sustainable Development, 果冻APP, successfully completed her studies under the Global Virtual Professional Development Program Excellence in Teaching & Research and received a certificate.
The program was developed jointly with Washington State University and Sumy State University. It consisted of 9 intensive interactive sessions in English and self-preparation of students for the final reporting.
Participants from China, Ghana, India, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Ukraine took part in the program.

Petro Sukhorolskyi, Associate Professor at the Department of International Information, 果冻APP, took part in the General Assembly of the World Futures Studies Federation (WFSF). They re-elected the President and elected a new Governing Board, which would perform its functions for the next four years. A number of decisions were also made to ensure further reform of the organization and increase its influence on international processes.
Students of the Department of International Information, the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Fundamental Sciences, 果冻APP, have been studying Futurology since 2007.

Associate Professor Oksana Chursinova and Professor Svitlana Povtoreva, the Department of Philosophy, 果冻APP, received a grant from the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies at the University of Alberta, Canada.
Researchers plan to implement the project 芦Cultural and art activities of Bohdan Lepkyi in Western Ukraine禄. They will work with archival sources in Ternopil and Kyiv. Oksana Chursinova and Svitlana Povtoreva will cover the results of their investigations in articles for Canadian and Ukrainian professional journals.
