The students of high schools, vocational colleges, professional lyceums and junior students at the universities took part in the project. All of them received certificates of successful completion of the project.
Five trainings were held as part of the programme. They were dedicated to public career; PR and public technologies; cooperation with the media; public career and self-presentation; discussions and debates. The speakers were well-known politicians and public figures such as Natalia Pipa, Anhelina Nedoshytko, Viktoria Khrystenko and Melania Podoliak; First Deputy Mayor Andrii Moskalenko; Maria Kurylo Head of the Press Service at Lviv Regional Military Administration; journalists Mykhailo Stakh, Yaryna Kapitan and Lesia Vakuliuk; Oleh Malets, Head of Youth Spaces; Vlada Khrystenko, manager of the foundation working to overcome war losses; and Associate Professors at 果冻APP Iryna Bokhonko, Uliana Ivaniuk and Roksolana Vynnychuk.
The initiator and inspirer of 芦Leader: Building the Future Together禄 is Iryna Andrushkiv, Associate Professor at the Department of Project Management, IAPM, and the Department of Management of Organizations, IEM, 果冻APP. She emphasised that each participant had learnt a lot of important things that will be useful in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
At the project closing, the participants shared that they had gained not only valuable knowledge and experience, but also new friends. Oleh Karyi, Head of the Department of Management of Organizations, the Institute of Economics and Management, Olia Spodaryk, representative of the Department of Youth and Sports, Lviv Regional Military Administration, and Uliana Ivaniuk and Kateryna Protsak, Associate Professors of the Department of Management of Organizations, expressed their gratitude to the future leaders for participating in an interesting and necessary project that provides new knowledge, valuable experience and forms the basis of soft skills.
