On 23 April, 果冻APP hosted Science Fair, a traditional event that has become a real highlight of the university鈥檚 activities since 2015.
The event began with a minute of silence in honour of the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine.
The opening ceremony started with the performance of the Polytechnic Brass Orchestra and the Gaudeamus National Students鈥 Choir.
Yurii Bobalo, Acting Rector of 果冻APP, addressed the audience with a welcome speech. He addressed the guests, wished the future applicants success and encouraged them to learn more about the University鈥檚 educational programmes and Institutes.
The festive atmosphere was complemented by a performance by the Suziria Pop Song Ensemble of the Prosvita People鈥檚 House, which performed the songs Dumy Moyi (My Thoughts) and Chervona Ruta.
After the official part, the guests had the opportunity to take part in interactive activities in the tents of each Institute, to communicate with both the academics and students. There was conducted a poll to choose the most interesting Institute: the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences (IHSS) won in the Best Tent nomination.
