On April 27, 果冻APP hosted a fashion show by Italian and Ukrainian designers dedicated to the theme 芦Sports and Youth禄. The event took place in the Assembly Hall of the University鈥檚 main building as part of the Days of Italian Culture, Language and Design.
The show was hosted by Natalia Siassina, head of the Italian delegation and designer from Milan. Representatives of the Italian delegation, academic staff, and students of the University attended the event.
The main purpose of the fashion show was to promote Italian design, strengthen international academic cooperation, support young designers, as well as preserve and popularize cultural heritage through contemporary fashion and design.
Some of the collections presented during the event were created within the framework of the Battle of Fashion Designers competition, which has been discovering new names in Ukrainian fashion for more than twelve years. Participants from different regions of Ukraine presented collections that combined ethnic motifs with modern fashion trends. In 2026, the competition acquired an international dimension for the first time through the Fashion Battle format, uniting Ukraine and Italy within a shared cultural space.
