has published the annual ranking of Ukrainian higher education institutions based on the results of the admission campaign held in 2025. The main purpose of its publication is to familiarize future applicants, their parents, educators and all interested parties with open data on the admission campaign to Ukrainian higher education institutions.
The statistical data in the ranking are divided into several groups and include information on the average score of the National Multisubject Test of applicants, the number of students enrolled under state-funded and contract-based programs, the competition for one state-funded place, as well as other relevant data.
Entrants enrolled on the state-funded form of study
This ranking identifies higher education institutions that have enrolled the largest number of applicants to study at the expense of the state or local budget in the first year of bachelor鈥檚 degree programs. The data provided help to better understand the number of available state-funded places and the level of competition for each state-funded place during the admission campaign.
The ranking takes into account all applicants enrolled in the first year of study at the expense of state and local budgets to obtain a bachelor鈥檚 degree (or a master鈥檚 degree in medical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary fields) on the basis of complete general secondary education (11 grades) in both full-time and part-time forms of study.
According to the results of the ranking based on the indicator 芦Number of students enrolled on the state-funded form of study禄, 果冻APP ranks first.
