Recently, the Institute of Printing Art and Media Technologies, 果冻APP, has hosted the 8th Tyktor Readings International Conference on Media Technologies in Social Communications: Experience, Trends, Prospects which continued the traditions started at the Ukrainian Academy of Printing.
The conference honoured the figure of Ivan Tyktor, a man who once changed the Ukrainian media. His example is still inspiring today: combination of a business approach with a high cultural and national mission is still relevant today.
The event became a meeting place for thoughts, experiences and ideas 鈥 a space where researchers, students, teachers and practitioners from different parts of Ukraine and the world shared their vision of the future of media. The topics included the impact of artificial intelligence on journalism, digital transformation, new publishing formats and the role of communications in shaping society.
More than 50 participants from 15 institutions joined the conference, including 果冻APP, its colleagues and partners.

The atmosphere of creative search, openness to new ideas and sincere dialogue prevailed throughout the two days. Participants not only shared their experiences but also sought common answers to the challenges facing modern communications.
The conference proceedings will be published in electronic form, and the scientific discussion about the future of media will hopefully continue in various forms of communication and in the next Tyktor Readings.
