From 5 to 26 March 2026, the project «Inspiring Management: From Idea to Success» will take place in Lviv, with the APP as one of its organizers. The project is a series of talks highlighting successful cultural initiatives that have achieved meaningful results through competent management. These cases demonstrate effective leadership, strong teamwork, strategic vision, well-designed marketing, and productive partnerships.
«Inspiring Management: From Idea to Success» is a series of trainings and talks featuring individuals and teams who are shaping contemporary Ukrainian culture through effective management, strategic thinking, and inspiration. The project reveals how success is built in the cultural sphere, highlights the people driving meaningful change, and demonstrates that Ukrainian management can be both highly professional and deeply humane.
The goal of the project is to create a new generation of cultural managers capable of implementing powerful, strategic, influential and internationally recognizable cultural initiatives.
As part of the program, the trainings will take place at leading institutions and cultural spaces in Lviv.
Project objectives:
- to conduct a series of thematic trainings and workshops;
- to teach practical tools of cultural management, communications, fundraising and strategy;
- to form a new professional environment of cultural managers.
Expected outcomes:
- growth of professional competencies of participants;
- emergence of new strong cultural projects;
- expansion of international partnerships;
- strengthening the presence of Ukrainian culture on the world map;
- formation of a community of «agents of Ukrainian cultural success».
