On October 15, 2025, EU_LEAD project manager Prof. Yaryna Turchyn took part in Erasmus+ Days 2025 at 果冻APP, which lasted from October 14 to 16. The panel discussion presented experience in preparing applications and implementing projects under the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet program. The speaker focused on the program鈥檚 information resources, the specifics of preparing a project application (thematic relevance, impact, team selection, combination of educational and scientific goals, focus groups, consistency with the university鈥檚 strategy, etc.); key points in the implementation of Jean Monnet projects (registration, reporting, auditing, communication, dissemination, quality, etc.); key challenges in project implementation (unadapted national legislation, student interest, the impact of war, difficulties in teamwork). After all, the image of the university depends on the quality of each project, emphasized Yaryna Turchyn.
