The Kyiv Office, the Institute of International Education, is now accepting applications for Fulbright scholarships for the 2027–2028 academic year.
The Fulbright Graduate Student Program offers one- to two-year study opportunities at U.S. universities leading to a master’s degree. Senior undergraduate students and graduates of higher education institutions holding a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply.
Fields of study include the humanities, social sciences, exact sciences, engineering, and natural sciences.
The program provides comprehensive support for academic and professional development, including full tuition coverage, a monthly scholarship for living expenses, health insurance during the stay in the United States, and round-trip airfare. Participants also gain access to extensive academic resources – libraries, research centers, conferences, and seminars – while benefiting from immersion in a diverse, multicultural environment.
