The proposed development combines recycling technologies (rubber crumb from end-of-life tires, recycled mineral materials, bio-additives, and polymer modifiers) with the Superpave system to create highly efficient, durable road mixtures. The development accounts for climatic loads and traffic intensity, ensuring enhanced operational reliability and compliance with the principles of the circular economy.
