The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Yuriy Rashkevych, professor at the Department of Publishing Information Technologies of APP, Deputy Minister for Education and Science. Volodymyr Kovtunets, First Deputy Minister for Education and Science, informed journalists about this appointment.
Until recently, Yuriy Rashkevych was Vice-Rector for Education and International Relations at APP. Earlier he was Head of the Department of Publishing Information Technologies at the Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technologies. He is a member of the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform.
In APP, Professor Rashkevych also co-coordinated a number of serious international educational projects within such programs as TEMPUS, USAID, CIDA, with 1 million dollars financing each.
