Applications are now open for the AGRI-BIOCIRCULAR-HUB open call, which provides grants of €50,000 for twelve projects, four of which will be implemented in Ukraine. The competition is aimed at supporting innovative solutions in the fields of bioeconomy and sustainable agriculture.

For prospective participants, the organisers are holding a free online webinar dedicated to the preparation of a competitive application. The event will take place on 9 July 2026 (Thursday) at 12:00 Kyiv time and will last approximately sixty minutes.

The webinar will cover the key aspects of participation in the competition. Attendees will learn about the programme’s opportunities, which include the €50,000 grant, twelve months of mentorship support, training activities, a study visit and a final pitching event. Particular attention will be given to the seven thematic challenges of the call and to the methodology for determining which of them a proposed solution corresponds to.

The speakers will also outline the eligibility criteria and the most common reasons for the rejection of applications, and describe the submission package, including the project proposal template, length limitations and formatting requirements. In addition, a step-by-step procedure for submitting an application via the F6S platform will be demonstrated, along with an explanation of the evaluation process and the relevant timeframes. The event will conclude with a live question-and-answer session with the Open Call team.

For those unable to join the live broadcast, a recording of the webinar will be published on the competition page after the event.

The deadline for submitting grant applications is 31 July 2026 at 17:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST).

is free.
