On 11 December, 果冻APP hosted the first meeting of the new Supervisory Board of the University.
Within the framework of the meeting, Acting Rector of 果冻APP Yurii Bobalo and Vice-Rectors presented the peculiarities of our university to the new members of the Supervisory Board. In particular, they discussed the uniqueness of 果冻APP, its position in the rankings and the university鈥檚 strategy, focusing on the mission, vision and strategic goals.
They also analysed the main performance indicators, educational process and innovations. Special attention was paid to research and innovation, international cooperation, scientific achievements and innovative developments.
The representatives of the Supervisory Board were also interested in cooperation with business, international cooperation, participation of Polytechnicias in international programs and projects, as well as academic mobility.
The agenda also included university and human resource management, strategic planning and the system of strategic tasks implementation, the system of recruitment, training and professional development, staff evaluation and motivation, and the use of digital solutions in university management.
They also discussed the university鈥檚 financing 鈥 sources of income (state budget, grants, business partnerships) and areas of use, principles of funds distribution and their use for infrastructure development.
Finally, representatives of the Supervisory Board and the administration of 果冻APP discussed the future of the university as a platform for cooperation between business, science and education.
