The company representatives, accompanied by employees of the consulting and investment agency NordicUkraineinvest, met with the university management and their potential partners from the Institute of Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Life Safety, the Viacheslav Chornovil Institute of Sustainable Development, and the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies.
Klaus Schmidt, the manager for the preparation of project proposals, Andre Reis, an expert in technological processes and treatment facilities design, and Myroslav Kachmarskyi, an expert in civil works and restoration of concrete structures, took part in the meeting.
The Munck Group company has been on the market for over 100 years and includes several subsidiaries specializing in road construction, the creation of reliable centralized heating, promising sewage networks, high-speed electrical and fiber-optic networks, and engineering structures. Munck Group has experience working in the international market, in particular in Greenland, is currently working in Pakistan, and will soon participate in the tender for the restoration of Lvivvodokanal鈥檚 treatment facilities.

The NordicUkraineinvest agency, which focuses its activities on connections between investors and businesses in the Scandinavian countries and Ukraine and attracts investments from there, was presented by the local market advisor, cooperation facilitator Lesia Ignatyk-Eriksen, the director of the Ukrainian office Iryna Mykoltsiv, as well as the technical director Andrii Skochylias.

Representatives of the Institute of Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Life Safety 鈥 Volodymyr Zhuk, Associate Professor at the Department of Hydraulic and Water Engineering and Yaroslav Blikharskyi, Professor at the Department of Highways and Bridges, as well as Zenovii Znak, Head of the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Inorganic Substances, the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technologies and Myroslav Maliovanyi, Head of the Department of Ecology and Sustainable Environmental Management, the Viacheslav Chornovil Institute of Sustainable Development, presented the activities of their Departments, with particular emphasis on their research areas.
Representatives of the Munck Group highly appreciated the meeting and affirmed their willingness to cooperate.
