The Kyiv office of the Institute of International Education (IIE) has started accepting applications for Fulbright scholarships for the 2027–2028 academic year for young lecturers and researchers.
The Fulbright Research and Development Program is a six-to nine-month research program at US universities. The following individuals are eligible to participate:
- lecturers;
- postgraduate students and researchers who do not have a degree yet;
- Candidates of Sciences;
- administrators of higher education institutions;
- employees of research institutions;
- journalists;
- librarians, museum workers and archivists;
- specialists in cultural management;
- employees of public organizations.
The IIE Kyiv office, which administers the Fulbright Program, is accepting applications from candidates who are currently in Ukraine, as well as those who were forced to leave the country due to war after February 24, 2022.
The deadline for submitting applications is November 1, 2026.
