Development of a technology for producing biodiesel from vegetable oils for high-throughput mobile units

The development aims to create an energy-efficient, environmentally safe technology for producing biodiesel from vegetable oils. The Purifine® 3G enzyme complex is used for the enzymatic degumming of soybean oil, ensuring high-quality purification and minimal losses. The subsequent transesterification is carried out using the hydrodynamic cavitation method, enabling the production of biofuel that meets the requirements of DSTU 6081:2009. The Mobile Production Unit (MPU) provides a throughput of up to 1,000 L/h, full automation, and minimal operator involvement.

Main benefits
  • • Enzymatic degumming — minimal oil losses, high purification efficiency.

    • Environmental friendliness — reduced waste and wastewater generation.

    • Hydrodynamic cavitation — an energy-efficient transesterification method.

    • Mobility — equipment mounted on a standard cargo platform.

    • Compliance with standards — biodiesel meets DSTU 6081:2009.

Problem solving
  • Utilization of substandard and waste vegetable oils.

    • Reduced dependence on imported energy sources.

    • Reduced environmental impact through resource reuse.

    • Enabling mobile biofuel production in field conditions.
