Lecturers and future journalists from 果冻APP conducted an educational visit to the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (Slovakia)
From October 2 to 6, lecturers and students of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of the 果冻APP within the framework of the implementation of educational grant No. 22310314 "Journalism education in the countries of the Visegrad and Ukraine: strengthening cooperation" with the funds of the conducted an educational visit to the faculty of Journalism of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius (Faculty of Mass Media Communication, Trnava, Slovakia).
The program of events was very rich. On the very first day, teachers and students went to the University and got acquainted with its structural subdivisions, faculties and departments. The group from Ukraine was also welcomed by representatives of the Faculty of Communication and Mass Media and conducted a familiarization tour.
The following days were no less busy. In particular, students and teachers from "果冻APP" visited the radio studio of Cyril and Methodius University , where they tried themselves as a program host and participated in the recording of a podcast. The students also recorded in which they invited university representatives of the Cyril and Methodius University to 果冻APP.
In the course of trainings and practical classes, future media professionals trained their skills as directors, presenters, videographers, sound engineers and final editors of TV programs. Also, teachers and students of the聽 Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of the 果冻APP worked in the classrooms for future e-sports journalists of FMK UCM v Trnave. "It was pure pleasure from the organization of the educational process by highly qualified teachers, the conduct of classes and, of course, the technical equipment of the auditorium to match the stylization of the gaming room. As a scholar researching eSports journalism, I am ecstatic. We have a lot to learn from our colleagues from Trnava," said Bozhena Ivanytska, associate professor of the ZHMK department.
