Within the framework of the PROMENT project Tutoring and Mentoring Center, 果冻APP, invites students to a specialised training dedicated to the development of mentoring skills and the implementation of innovative educational approaches, which will take place on Friday, November 1, 2024.
The event is aimed at senior students who want to be leaders and develop their communication skills in the format of individual and group consultations.
The training will be based on the 芦learning by doing禄 approach. Particular attention will be paid to the development of the following competences:
- the desire for personal development and social change;
- the ability to motivate, support and inspire the mentees for development;
- the ability to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively with mentees;
- the ability to create an environment for self-reflection and setting development goals;

- 芦Leadership as the basis of tutoring禄: guest speaker 鈥 Iryna Andrushkiv, Associate Professor at the Department of Management of Organizations, the Institute of Economics and Management, and the Department of Project Management, the Institute of Public Administration, Governance and Professional Development, Smart Space project manager, founder of the NGO Future.in.ua, mentor.
- Part 1. Coaching: How to be a mentor and motivate students to succeed.
- A break time with sweets.
- Part 2. Challenge-Based Learning: a method of learning through solving real problems.
- Reflection: participants鈥 feedback, Q&A session and event results.
