The Department of Employment and Industrial Relations, APP, is preparing a series of events for students featuring meetings with employer representatives, interactive activities, discussions, practical cases, and opportunities to obtain their first job.
As part of the Spring Career Intensive – 2026, employer companies will visit APP classrooms over the course of two weeks in search of young talents, offering active students valuable opportunities to begin their professional careers.
From March 16 to 27, 2026, recruiters, HR managers, and business trainers from leading Ukrainian companies will share practical advice with participants during workshops and training sessions on how to improve professional skills, successfully pass interviews, and start their careers.
The main topics of the meetings will include:
- The First Career Step – a presentation of the internship and practice program at the Lviv City Hall;
- How to Create a Resume That a Recruiter Will Notice – a workshop from the Human Resources Management Office of the Lviv City Council;
- Preparing for an Interview: Practice and Real Cases, including a simulated interview with a recruiter – a training session by the LOGITY company.
- Lifelong Learning as a Key to a Successful Career in the Modern World – a seminar by Genesis IT;
- Career Growth for an Engineer: Why the Start Button is the Ability to Communicate – a seminar by Renesas Electronics;
- Getting Through Everything and More: Effective Time Management for Studies and Career – a training session by Biomed-Service LLC;
- A Career in Auditing: Secrets of Success in Your First (or Any) Job – a career dialogue with students by EY;
- Career Opportunities in the Justice System: Job offers and Prospects for Students – a seminar by the Lviv Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
- QA Career Start: Who Is a Tester and How to Become One – a training session by the IT company GlobalLogic;
- How to Create an Effective Resume and Present Yourself at an Interview – a seminar by Idea Bank.
- Professional Start: From CV to Offer – a training session by PwC Lviv SDC;
- Operation: Offer – a career game by KPMG in Ukraine;
