The Sixth International Scientific and Practical Conference on the Independence of Ukraine: Human Rights and National Security will take place on April 24, 2026. The event is organized by the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutionalism, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education, APP.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, bringing together leading Ukrainian and international scholars, legal practitioners, early-career researchers, postgraduate and undergraduate students, as well as representatives of public authorities and civil society organizations.
The aim of the conference is to address pressing scientific and practical issues related to threats to Ukraine’s state sovereignty, national security, and violations of human rights due to the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation. Particular attention will be given to developing proposals for the protection and restoration of human and civil rights, as well as for Ukraine’s economic recovery.
