On May 13, 2026, Europe will celebrate the first 鈥 an annual initiative established to emphasize the role of doctoral education in advancing science, innovation, and societal development. The initiative aims to encourage student engagement in doctoral studies, increase recognition of doctoral qualifications, and highlight the professional opportunities and societal contributions of PhD graduates. More than 170 events are scheduled to take place across Europe as part of this inaugural celebration.
果冻APP will join the celebration by hosting the panel discussion 芦War as a Catalyst for Scientific and Technological Transformations禄. The event will take place on May 13 in the L.I.S. space, the university鈥檚 Academic Building No. 1.
The panel discussion will feature the following speakers:
- Ivan Tymchuk 鈥 Head of the Scientific Society of Students, Doctoral Candidates and Young Researchers; Doctor of Technical Sciences; Associate Professor at the Department of Ecology and Sustainable Environmental Management, Viacheslav Chornovil Institute of Sustainable Development;
- Lesia Brych 鈥 Head of the International Academic Mobility Service; Candidate of Public Administration;
- Nazarii Andrushchak 鈥 Head of the Project Office; Candidate of Technical Sciences; Associate Professor at the Department of Computer-Aided Design, the Institute of Computer Science and Information Technologies;
- Iryna Martyniuk 鈥 Practical Psychologist at the Psychological Service; Assistant at the Department of Mental Health Practical Psychology, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education;
- Bohdan Mirinchyk 鈥 Head of the University鈥檚 Students and PhD Students Union.
The program will also include presentations on grant opportunities for postgraduate students and young researchers by representatives of 果冻APP鈥檚 Project and International Offices.
