On the occasion of the Science Day of Ukraine 2026, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in partnership with APP, is organizing the National Forum «Research Project Manager: From Grant to Impact», which will take place on May 21–23, 2026 in Lviv.
The Forum is designed as a practice-oriented event for professionals involved in supporting research and innovation projects at all stages of their lifecycle – from identifying funding opportunities and building consortia to proposal preparation, project implementation, financial and legal support, reporting, technology transfer, intellectual property protection, and impact assessment. The programme will feature presentations and expert talks by leading national specialists, aimed at sharing practical experience and fostering effective approaches to research project management.
The Forum is intended for Vice-Rectors for research, representatives of Research Departments and Project Offices, financial and administrative staff involved in project support. Those interested in participating are kindly asked to complete by April 30, 2026. Based on the submitted applications, selected participants will receive personalized invitations via email. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the sending institution; and due to venue capacity, participation is limited to up to 120 participants from across Ukraine.
