The Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the International Conference «Days of e-Government in Central and Eastern Europe», which will take place in Bucharest, Romania, on December 9–11, 2026. The theme of this year’s conference is «The Role of Digital Services in the Reconstruction of Ukraine».
This year’s event holds particular significance for Ukraine, as for the first time APP joins the conference as a co-organizer reflecting the growing contribution of Ukrainian scholars and experts to shaping the European agenda in the field of digital governance and public sector innovation.
The conference welcomes participation from researchers, university faculty, representatives of national and local authorities, policymakers, and professionals engaged in digital transformation and e-governance initiatives.
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which are indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Participation in the conference is free of charge for Ukrainian researchers.
The deadline for paper submission is July 31, 2026.
