The author, Jochen Richter, is an expert with over 30 years of experience in European institutions. He serves as Chairman of the Global Security Forum at the Diplomatic Council (UN), is a lecturer at the Universities of Luxembourg and D眉sseldorf, and collaborates with the Robert Schuman Institute.
The event will be of particular interest to those engaged in international relations, European security studies, and contemporary global affairs.
