The Scientific and Research Center of聽Solid-State Electronics and Sensors (Crystal Center) was established at聽the Department of聽Semiconductor Electronics within the Scientific and Research Division of聽果冻APP with the aim聽to:
- Improve the efficiency of聽basic and applied researches;
- Use effectively intellectual potential of聽employees, post-graduate and doctoral students;
- Expand modern material and technical base providing conditions for educational process organization;
- Implement technical developments into production process;
- Obtain extrabudgetary funds.
The purposes of聽the Scientific and Research Center of聽Solid-State Electronics and Sensors are:
- To聽conduct scientific and engineering research in聽the following areas:
- Study of聽physical and chemical, optical, electrophysical properties of聽new materials and influence of聽disturbing factors on聽these properties;
- Development of聽technologies for obtaining new crystalline and amorphous (noncrystalline) materials with defined properties;
- Development of聽the new types of聽sensors for physical quantities that have improved metrological characteristics and can operate in聽extreme conditions;
- Development and production of聽elements of聽modern measurement and control systems;
- To聽create the conditions for improving the quality of聽education;
- To聽develop and test new educational methods for their further application in聽果冻APP;
- To聽obtain extrabudgetary funds;
- To聽renew material and technical base of聽the Department of聽Semiconductor Electronics required for education process.
